Class Descriptions
Mindful Yoga I
This class is great for anyone craving a slower, more intentional pace. The practice invites you to step away from the rush of daily life and reconnect with your body through a sequence of gentle movement and standing poses, concluding with Savasana inviting total physical surrender. *Modifications offered and no prior experience necessary.
Mindful Yoga II
This class offers the same intentional and slower-paced approach as Mindful Yoga I with an added focus on building strength. It incorporates core work with a more fluid, rhythmic flow.
While maintaining an emphasis on present-moment awareness, we will cultivate stability and heat from the inside out. It is the perfect practice for those who enjoy a mindful, meditative approach but are ready to deepen their physical engagement and refine their core connection. *Modifications offered and no prior experience necessary.
Mindful Yoga I with Sound Bath
This class blends gentle physical movement with sound healing. Expect gentle stretches, slow-paced yoga with standing poses, followed by an extended 15min sound bath savasana as you absorb healing benefits and relaxing sounds of tibetan singing bowls.
Tibetan singing bowls provide benefits like stress and anxiety reduction, improved mood and mental clarity, enhanced meditation, and better sleep quality. *Modifications offered and no prior experience necessary.
Mindful Yoga I with Meditation
This class blends gentle physical movement with deep stillness to help you release stored tension and cultivate a lasting sense of inner peace.

The experience begins with a sequence of gentle stretches and slow-paced yoga, emphasizing nonjudgmental awareness of every sensation. The practice then transitions into Savasana inviting total physical surrender.

The session concludes with a 10-min meditation to ground your energy leaving you with a lasting sense of inner calm. *Modifications offered and no prior experience necessary.
Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing
Restorative Yoga is a deeply soothing, therapeutic practice designed to help you "unplug" from the pace of daily life and enter a state of total physical, mental, and emotional surrender. This practice is passive, focusing on comfort and stillness rather than muscular effort.

We will use many props, explore only a few poses - holding each for 10-20 minutes. Tibetan singing bowls will be played during poses which creates a synergistic healing experience designed to reset the nervous system. *Modifications offered and no prior experience necessary.
