Terri
I am a former IT professional who later found yoga to be an integral part of my life. I started practicing yoga in 2008, became a yoga teacher in 2018, and have been teaching since. Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, reiki, metaphysics, somatics, etc. - all of this has always brought me back to my true core. It is what provides me stable ground on a daily basis and when life presents its challenges. It's all made me feel like "me" again.

As a toddler mama and someone who has had struggles with anxiety and panic attacks, I know how it feels when your nervous system is dysregulated. It is important to allow ourselves to have moments of peace and do what we can to feel centered. This is how Restore & Ground came about. My goal is to help others on their wellness journeys through various modalities to "Restore" and maintain healthy nervous systems and "Ground" to center ourselves and promote inner peace and stability.
